<p>As a Manager on our Business Recruiting team, you’ll lead a team of recruiters responsible for hiring across Americas Enterprise Sales. You’ll operate as a coach—developing your team, driving recruiting strategy and execution against ambitious growth goals, and directly supporting strategic and leadership-level searches when needed.</p>

<p>You’ll serve as the primary recruiting partner to Enterprise Sales leadership, using talent market insights, recruiting data, and a deep understanding of the business to advise leaders, anticipate hiring needs, and build scalable strategies for attracting and hiring exceptional sales talent.</p>

<li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters responsible for hiring across Americas Enterprise Sales, setting clear goals and driving accountability for results.</li>

<li>Own recruiting strategy and execution for Enterprise Sales, partnering with leadership on headcount forecasting, hiring priorities, capacity planning, and progress against growth goals.</li>

<li>Operate as a player/coach, directly leading strategic, complex, or leadership-level searches while helping your team navigate challenging hiring needs.</li>

<li>Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leaders and hiring managers, providing guidance on talent profiles, market dynamics, hiring strategy, interview processes, and recruiting best practices.</li>
