<p data-renderer-start-pos="399" data-local-id="ba451befd2e6">The Datadog Technical Advocacy teams are focused on our local user communities, and bringing our technical content directly to our customers globally.  You’ll be responsible for planning and execution to deliver on regional  events in EMEA, working across multiple teams at Datadog to ensure our event is high quality and a positive experience for our customers.  </p>

<ul>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="1064" data-local-id="fcfdb1c45f6a">Planning and delivering technical programming for local and regional events, ensuring we are able to scale these sustainably  </li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="1194" data-local-id="7fc6a9839a15">Tracking deadlines and deliverables for our content and events, including digital and physical assets, and working with vendors and procurement teams as needed to ensure event success </li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="1382" data-local-id="40ca2cab08f4">Identifying and resolving  risks and blockers for our event programming</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="1457" data-local-id="0e5128b94e5d">Maintaining our internal tools and public website for event agenda and speaker content</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="1547" data-local-id="8188f07e6771">Owning our onsite speaker experience for both internal and customer speakers</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="1627" data-local-id="f61214e5f849">Managing event programming onsite, coordinating rehearsals, staffing, and ensuring smooth onsite operations  </li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="1740" data-local-id="2c70e706fb85">Collaborate closely with our Community teams, external stakeholders, and the VP of Community </li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="1837" data-local-id="7af2ed1ec85c">Create and refine processes; maintain focus on continual improvements, automation and scaling</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="1934" data-local-id="433cefdc01da">Communicate goals, status, risks, and impact to teams and stakeholders ensuring alignment and visibility of information across teams.  </li>

<ul>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="2091" data-local-id="5a95ea190340">You have approximately 2-5 years of experience in program management, leading similar initiatives such as large scale conferences and related programs within a similar technical environment (B2B SaaS company), partnering closely with technical stakeholders </li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="2352" data-local-id="8180dd9206ca">You have experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams; strong leadership and interpersonal skills, experience building and fostering effective working relationships</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="2540" data-local-id="aaff0fbff9ea">You have strong communication skills, attention to detail and enjoy building processes</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="2630" data-local-id="05cbee2c0c7f">You take a data-driven approach to program management; building tools (workflows, custom work intake processes, estimation models), collecting and analyzing data, and driving stakeholder buy-in</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="2827" data-local-id="6d09268e1f22">You have experience influencing without direct authority at senior levels internal and external to the organisation</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="2946" data-local-id="ac01a2b2041b">Able to travel via train or air, domestically and internationally, up to 15% of the time</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="3038" data-local-id="bb943233189e">Business level English and French proficiency </li>
