Most Loved Workplace® Certified JobAbout the Role
At Docebo, a Most Loved Workplace® certified employer in the Computer Software space, AI-powered learning that transforms careers, businesses, and entire industries..
Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact. At Docebo, we’re using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses. We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart : trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive. So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops. The Adventure Ahead This is a partner marketing role built for pipeline. You'll turn a small number of high-potential partnerships (think AWS, Deloitte, and Carahsoft) into real, measurable revenue channels. You'll also be our enterprise marketing lead for regulated industries, specifically life sciences and government , where trust, compliance, and the right partner relationships decide who wins. The objective is clear, but the playbook is yours to define. Some weeks you'll build an account plan with an AWS demand gen partner. Other weeks you'll plan a field event for healthcare or federal buyers, or work with sales on a named account list. The goal is to leverage partner channels to generate Enterprise, public sector and life sciences pipeline. 🗓️ The Day-to-Day Partner Marketing That Generates Pipeline (the core of the job) Run joint programs with a small number of select partners (AWS, Deloitte, Carahsoft, and others as we prove what works) that move Enterprise and Gov pipeline. Make AWS work harder. Partner with our AWS demand gen resource by supplying what's been missing: target account selection, strong assets, account intelligence, seller engagement, tracking, and a packaged pitch AWS sellers can use. Use partner relationships to open doors at named ABM accounts, through formal partner workflows and one-off introductions, and build a repeatable process around both. Work closely with the Partnerships team on joint planning, co-funded activity, and accountability on timelines and lead commitments. Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced attribution with RevOps so we know what's working and where to invest. Field Events Plan and run field events that put us in front of enterprise buyers, including Supper Clubs and partner co-hosted dinners, roundtables, and executive gatherings. Work with partners to co-fund and co-host events, with registrant targets and clear roles agreed up front. Partner with AEs, BDRs, and partner managers before and after every event so meetings, follow-up, and pipeline actually happen. Support our presence at industry events (for example, HR Tech, Unleash, DevLearn, and GovLoop) and turn them into pipeline. Regulated Industries: Healthcare and Government Own the enterprise marketing approach for healthcare and public-sector buyers, where long cycles, compliance requirements, and buying committees shape everything. Build account-based programs for healthcare systems and government agencies using intent data and buying signals. Support federal campaigns alongside product marketing and the gov sales team: content syndication, event execution, targeted account lists, and partner-led plays (such as Carahsoft). Develop messaging and programs that speak to the real concerns of regulated buyers, like security, compliance, procurement paths, and contract vehicles. Account-Based Execution and Sales Partnership Build account-based programs that reach full buying committees, including expansion into new teams inside existing accounts. Partner with enterprise AMs, AEs, and BDRs through structured cadences on targeting, messaging, and pipeline reviews. Measurement & Iteration Use AI to scale what works. Measure everything: pipeline created, influenced, and accelerated, with clear attribution across new business, expansion, and partner-sourced. If something isn't working, whether a channel, an event, or a partner, you say so and change course. No sunk-cost loyalty. 💪 Your Superpowers Pipeline-obsessed marketer: 4–6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years targeting enterprise buyers (5,000+ employees). You've driven measurable pipeline and revenue, not just lead volume. Partner builder: You've made partnerships produce pipeline, not just co-branded content. You know how to get a partner's sellers to care about your accounts. Field event operator: You've planned and executed events that turned into meetings and opportunities, and you know how to get sales and partners in the room. Buying-committee thinker: You're fluent in intent data, buying signals, and account engagement, and you use them to decide where to focus. Sales trust-builder: You win as a team with sales, through in-the-weeds collaboration and shared accountability. Ruthless about scope: You orient around what gets results and can stay focused on a few partners and programs without losing sight of the goal. "I can figure this out" mindset toward tools: UserGems, Influ2, ReachDesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Claude. Bonus points if you've used some, but curiosity matters more than a checklist. Active AI practitioner: You're already applying AI anywhere and everywhere. 🎁 Bonus Points Experience marketing to healthcare, government, or other regulated or public-sector buyers. Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), co-sell, or global systems-integrator partnerships (Deloitte-style) where you made the relationship produce pipeline. Experience with government channel partners or reseller/contract vehicle models (Carahsoft-style). Familiarity with compliance and procurement considerations in healthcare or federal sales. Experience in learning, HR tech, or skills-focused technology. Our Hybrid Work Philosophy 🤝 Great work can happen anywhere but coming together helps us go further.
