Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Operations Management, or a related field required.
- Seven or more years of manufacturing leadership experience in a supervisor, manager, or equivalent operational leadership role.
- Experience within the Flexible Packaging or converting industry strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production equipment, and printing processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders, team members, and customers to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrated success resolving complex problems, managing conflict, and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead, motivate, influence, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
- Experience developing, analyzing, and utilizing performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; CAD experience preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, professional publications, production schedules, engineering drawings, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective written, verbal, and reading comprehension skills in English.
- Extended Domestic and International travel will be required.
- This is an on-site leadership role requiring a visible presence within the operation and availability outside of standard business hours as needed to support manufacturing operations.
