Requirements

6 months of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Comfortable use of technology (POS systems, inventory tools, MS Office)
Ability to stand/walk for 8–10 hours and lift/move up to 50 lbs
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
