The LPN role is available in both PRN and full-time capacities, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time weekend positions.

Requirements

Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
Must have at least one year of social work experience in a healthcare setting.
Previous experience with a Medicare home health or hospice is preferred.
Must have demonstrated experience and understand federal, state, and local laws.
