Requirements

Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
Must have at least one year of social work experience in a healthcare setting.
Highly preferred experience in home health, hospice, post-acute care, or related healthcare services.
Required demonstrated experience and understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
