Requirements
- Ideally Degree Human Resource Management or related field experience
- 7 -10 years of Human Resource Experience
- Experience coaching leadership
- Experience of driving organization culture
- Workforce Analysis and Planning
- Knowledge of corporate policy design and administration
- Building relationships and influencing skills
- Analytical skills
- Hands-on / practical HR generalist experience
- Excellent Communications Skills and ability to deal effectively with all levels within the business and externally
- HR matrix management experience in multinational organization
- Handling ambiguity
- Project management experience of off shoring HR administrative activities
- Excellent knowledge of labour market across Egypt for potential recruitment activities
