JobAuto bietet Mitarbeiter:innen von unseren Kunden das FINN Auto Abo in der Gehaltsumwandlung als Mitarbeiterbenefit an. Sobald unser JobAuto Sales-Team einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Unternehmen geschlossen hat, übernimmt dein Team die Beratung, Begeisterung und Conversion der Mitarbeitenden - von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Buchung ihres Wunschfahrzeugs. Dein Team ist die direkte „Voice to the Customer" und hat damit den entscheidenden Einfluss auf unsere Erfolge und unser Wachstum. In enger Abstimmung mit der VP JobAuto verantwortest du die KPIs deines Teams, coached Deine Teammitglieder im Kundenkontakt, baust skalierbare Strukturen und AI-gestützte Prozesse auf und arbeitest cross-funktional mit Product, Marketing und unseren JobAuto Account Manager:innen zusammen, um eine kontinuierlich gefüllte Pipeline sicherzustellen.
