As a Retail Field Service Rep at Galls, you will be responsible for all service-related items within an assigned territory. Service-related activities for all size customers within the territory will include but are not limited to fittings events for ballistic vests, uniforms, other products along with delivering completed uniforms to agencies with delivery requirements. When you are not working in the field, you will be assisting with retail operations in the branch (store) location.

Requirements

General knowledge of Galls business and product categories preferred
Ability to work independently and manage territory - strong time-management and drive required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail; must be able to multi-task
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Proficient in internet and Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel
