About the Role

The Senior Accountant is a key member of Globality's accounting team, supporting the general ledger functions that keep the business running accurately as it scales: month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will take ownership of your assigned accounts and processes, and you will be encouraged to spot improvements and raise them with the team. This role suits someone who wants more than a narrow, siloed accounting job. You will work closely with the VP Controller, and with colleagues across finance and other functions globally, and you will have room to grow your scope and responsibility as Globality Inc. scales. Solid GAAP knowledge and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential, and prior experience at a growing SaaS company will help you move quickly here.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
