<p>We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our Powertrain Manufacturing team. This role focuses on the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of in-line and end-of-line testing for electric drive units (EDUs), stators, and rotors in a production environment. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to ensure testing systems are robust, reliable, and aligned with manufacturing and product performance requirements.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Define and manage test specifications, parameters, and acceptance criteria to ensure functional and quality compliance.</li>

<li>Analyze test data, diagnose failures, and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions.</li>

<li>Drive continuous improvement of testing processes through data-driven analysis, process optimization, and feedback loops with manufacturing engineering and quality teams.</li>

<li>Train maintenance and production teams on test equipment operation and troubleshooting procedures.</li>
