<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Production Manager is responsible for leading 2nd shift manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role drives operational excellence through continuous improvement, KPI management, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration. The Production Manager will also lead the successful launch and ramp-up of new assembly lines while building a high-performing production team.</span></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead 2nd shift production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective execution of the daily production plan while meeting Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) targets.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the successful launch and ramp-up of new assembly lines, including staffing, training, equipment readiness, process validation, and achievement of production, quality, and efficiency targets.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving productivity, optimizing labor utilization, and lowering Hours Per Unit (HPU) through Lean manufacturing principles.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor production performance and KPIs, using data to identify gaps, prioritize opportunities, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead structured problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for production, quality, equipment, and process issues while driving rapid resolution and preventing recurrence.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Product Development to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure effective shift execution.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with Engineering and Product Development on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives to improve product quality, manufacturability, and production efficiency.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, work instructions, and company procedures while maintaining a Safety First, Quality at the Source, Stop-and-Fix culture.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and production team members to build a high-performing culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead daily 2nd shift production meetings, communicate priorities and performance, and ensure effective shift handoffs and alignment across all shifts.</span></li>

<h2><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></span></h2>

<ul>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">8+ years of experience in manufacturing, automotive, or EV operations; at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of vehicle repair, rework, or assembly processes.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Skilled in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency with ERP/MES systems, and production tracking tools.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred but not required; equivalent experience accepted.</span></li>
