<p>Harbinger is a VC and PE-backed industrial startup based in Garden Grove, California.&nbsp; Our first product is hybrid and electric commercial vehicles for deliveries, work trucks, and RVs.&nbsp; Nowadays, our product offering has expanded to include Power Generation, Defense, and Software/AI.</p>

<p>The Capital Markets and Strategy team has two key mandates, the first being supporting Harbinger Motors’s fundraising strategy across equity, debt, and tax credits.&nbsp; The second is key strategic projects, including developing strategic plans and early go-to-market strategies for our less-developed verticals.&nbsp; As a Principal on this team, you will handle projects across both mandates, driving fundraising forward, while also handling one growth vertical and other ad-hoc strategic projects.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
