<h3 data-path-to-node="3">Job Overview</h3>

<p data-path-to-node="4">We are seeking a technically skilled <strong data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="37">Maintenance Planner & MRO Coordinator</strong> to bridge the gap between maintenance execution, inventory management, and procurement. In this critical role, you will oversee CMMS tracking, tool crib operations, spare parts procurement, and budget administration. By utilizing a risk-based approach, you will ensure the continuous availability of critical parts and proactively minimize equipment downtime across our facility.</p>

<h3 data-path-to-node="6">What You'll Do:</h3>

<p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">CMMS Management:</strong> Track, schedule, and follow up on Preventive Maintenance (PM) and corrective work orders to ensure timely completion.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Tool Crib & Inventory:</strong> Oversee daily tool crib operations, maintain a highly accurate spare parts inventory, and conduct regular cycle counts.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Procurement & Budget:</strong> Create purchase requisitions, partner with the Procurement team to expedite critical orders, and actively monitor the maintenance department budget.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Risk-Based Strategy:</strong> Evaluate machinery and parts criticality to establish optimal Min/Max inventory levels that reduce downtime while controlling costs.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Liaison:</strong> Work closely with maintenance technicians to accurately identify required parts utilizing technical manuals and schematics.</p>

<h3 data-path-to-node="9">Who You Are:</h3>

<p data-path-to-node="10,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Education:</strong> Technical diploma, Associate degree, or a B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical trade.</p>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="10,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Experience:</strong> 3+ years of professional experience in industrial maintenance, Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO), or plant engineering. <em data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="140">(Note: Hands-on experience as a Maintenance Technician is highly preferred).</em></p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Literacy:</strong> Strong ability to read technical manuals, mechanical blueprints, and electrical/pneumatic schematics, coupled with a solid understanding of industrial machinery components.</p>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="10,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Software Proficiency:</strong> Advanced user of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP PM, Maximo, or Fiix, as well as ERP software for procurement and inventory tracking.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Analytical Skills:</strong> Proven experience with budget administration, reliability concepts, and developing risk-based inventory strategies.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Organization & Continuous Improvement:</strong> Highly organized professional with a continuous improvement mindset, including the practical application of 5S methodology to tool crib management.</p>
