<p data-path-to-node="0">The Quality Supervisor leads the daily operations of the quality control team, ensuring that all products and processes meet established Harbinger standards and regulatory requirements. This role bridges the gap between floor-level inspections and high-level quality strategy, focusing on team leadership, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p>
