Harbinger Motors is seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting and forecasting for Engineering OpEx, CapEx and headcount. This position will partner closely with Engineering leadership to understand operational needs and how that translates to financial impacts. A successful candidate will be able to create visibility and highlight opportunities from the numbers, build strong relationships with technical leaders and is self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

<li>Support the monthly rolling forecast for OpEx, CapEx and headcount with variance analysis by comparing actuals to budget and forecast</li>

<li>Partner with leaders to understand operational performance and provide commentary required for executive leadership reviews</li>

<li>Assist in the annual budgeting process by partnering with cross-functional leaders to validate financial data and consolidate budget submissions</li>

<li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business</li>
