About the Role

Participate in ServiceNow configuration and implementation activities under the guidance of senior consultants and architects. Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into ServiceNow solutions. Configure basic ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Service Portal. Support testing activities, including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Help prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials. Provide post-go-live support and assist in issue analysis and resolution. Learn and apply ServiceNow best practices and platform standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong interest in ServiceNow, ITSM, and enterprise platforms
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts (ITIL knowledge is a plus but not required)
  • Willingness to learn configuration, workflows, and low-code/no-code development
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willing to undergo ServiceNow training and certification
  • Exposure to ServiceNow through school projects, internships, or self-study (Nice to Have)
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or CSS (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts (Nice to Have)
  • ServiceNow Fundamentals or CSA (Certified System Administrator) training exposure (Nice to Have)
