<h3><strong>Position Overview</strong></h3>

<p>As a <strong>Senior Client Partner</strong>, you will be a strategic leader within our North American Enterprise Sales organization, responsible for managing, growing, and retaining a portfolio of LivePerson’s most strategic enterprise customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping them maximize the value of their investment in LivePerson while identifying opportunities to expand their use of our AI-powered solutions.</p>

<p>Your primary objective is to drive sustainable revenue growth across an existing book of business by deepening executive relationships, expanding account penetration, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and ensuring the successful renewal and retention of customers.</p>

<p>Reporting to the<strong> Director of Sales, North America</strong>, this role sits within our Global Sales organization and is pivotal to driving customer growth, retention, and long-term expansion across the region.</p>
