<p>This Finance Analyst role will support our Rideshare business — the heart of Lyft’s operations — helping shape strategy, forecast performance, and guide critical decisions that impact millions of riders and drivers every day. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with exceptional financial acumen and strategic thinking skills. <h2>Responsibilities:</h2>

<ul>

<li>Develop, maintain and enhance financial models to assess performance, growth opportunities, and operational efficiency.</li>

<li>Lead the weekly Actuals vs. Forecast process, identifying variances and updating Rest of Quarter projections to keep leadership informed of our trajectory.</li>

<li>Collaborate with teams across Operations and Product, to connect financial outcomes with business levers.</li>

<li>Enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency through automation and scalable tools.</li>

<li>Develop sustainable financial data management/sourcing practices </li>

<li>Deliver clear, actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.</li>

<li>Ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting through collaboration with Accounting and Data teams</li>

<li>Support continuous improvement across FP&A systems and processes.</li>

<li>Collaborate with the Accounting team on month-end and quarter-end processes</li>
