<p>As an Account Manager, Automotive on the Lyft Business team, you’ll help Automotive Dealerships get more out of Lyft and its solutions after the sale. You’ll join a talented team focused on one thing: using technology and Lyft’s network of drivers to improve transportation for a company’s customers and employees. We’re looking for smart, ambitious individuals with account management experience who want to transform the way people move around and succeed in a fast moving environment.</p>

<h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>Own a book of existing dealership accounts, with responsibility for retention, adoption, and revenue growth</li>

<li>Build and manage an expansion pipeline within your accounts by developing trusted client relationships from first renewal conversation to signed expansion</li>

<li>Accurately forecast, track, and manage revenue, renewals, and churn risk with multiple systems and tools (Salesforce, Claude, Gemini, Outreach, Google Suite, Mode, and Tableau)</li>
