<p>Lyft is seeking an experienced<strong> Indirect Global Supply Manager</strong> to join our Global Supply Chain Team. In this role, you will oversee indirect spend categories supporting our Safety and Customer Care, People, and Contingent Workforce portfolios, including the technology spend underlying each. You will develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth, while delivering measurable cost savings and operational excellence.</p>

<h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>Develop and execute long term Category Strategies for managed categories to achieve cost optimization, drive efficiencies, improve supplier health, and ensure continuous supply</li>

<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategy, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance sourcing effectiveness</li>

<li>Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including market analysis, RFx development, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation&nbsp;</li>

<li>Perform pricing and cost analysis using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) to build cost models support supplier evaluation and category strategy decisions and quantify savings opportunities&nbsp;</li>

<li>Implement supplier relationship management (SRM) programs and KPIs to drive optimal performance</li>

<li>Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives and budgets</li>

<li>Serve as an advisor and partner to the business to provide subject matter expertise, guidance
