As a leader in fleet management and a Lyft subsidiary, we're extending our expertise into autonomous vehicle (AV) infrastructure — managing the physical operations that keep AV fleets safe, available, and performing at scale. Our Nashville depot is the first proof point in a multi-market expansion, and we're building the leadership team to sustain and scale it.</p>

<p>Reporting to the <strong>Senior Manager, AV Operations</strong> you'll be instrumental in <strong>owning and evolving the operational playbooks</strong> for our AV operations. You'll act as the <strong>primary operational leader</strong>, responsible for creating the strategic framework, executing complex projects, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our AV support infrastructure in close partnership with our AV technology partners.</p>

<p>This role is for a <strong>hands-on leader</strong> with a unique blend of strategic foresight, project management excellence, and deep operational knowledge within the AV or complex fleet management space.
