We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to support a VP, Chief Information Officer (Kevin Smith), Chief Information Security Officer (Chaim Sanders), and Director, TPM (Jared Evans), all leaders within the Foundations &amp; AI Transformation (Foundations) organization. You will handle the calendars of 3 leaders, coordinate meetings and events and help organize org wide initiatives. You are joining a team comprised of 3 Executive Business Partners for our organization and will collaborate on org-wide projects and priorities. You enjoy working in an energetic environment, managing multiple competing priorities, and streamlining hectic days. You are incredibly organized, a true team-player, and able to build strong relationships. You make it happen and you’re not afraid to be yourself while uplifting those around you.

<h2>Responsibilities:</h2>

<ul>

<li>Proactively and strategically manage the executive’s complex calendar and meeting coordination, travel, and other administrative tasks</li>

<li>Work closely with fellow EBPs to ensure efficient, effective and consistent coverage across all CSP Leaders</li>

<li>Manage clear communication between stakeholders, identify gaps in visibility and propose solutions</li>

<li>Independently and proactively provide solutions to issues and escalate if necessary</li>
