Own the HCB learning architecture and develop role-based learning journeys for key HCB positions. Lead the redesign and standardization of HCB onboarding, including District Manager, General Manager and frontline role onboarding. Personally design and develop high-priority in-person, virtual, and digital learning solutions from concept through implementation. Translate subject-matter expertise into clear learning objectives, practice, assessments, facilitator resources, and performance-support tools. Diagnose business and performance gaps to determine when training, communication, process changes, or other solutions are needed.
