About The Role We are hiring a Content & Video Production apprentice to join the Marble team and support our recruitment and marketing activities. You will work directly with senior team members, Partners, and brilliant founders on a mission to turn the tide on the climate crisis. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between developing cutting-edge climate technologies and effectively communicating their impact to our target audiences. You will also gain exposure to the journey of building startups, including thesis development, venture building, and founder support. Location: Paris. Language: English fluency; French fluency is preferred. Contract Type: Apprenticeship ( Contrat d’Apprentissage ). Duration: 12 months for the apprenticeship Start date: October, 2026 Responsibilities This apprenticeship is focused on Video Production & Content Creation for Marble and our Portfolio companies: End-to-End Short-Form Video: Script, film, and edit high-impact, short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) designed for virality and high engagement. Video Editing & Post-Production: Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, interviews) into polished clips using DaVinci Resolve , Premiere Pro , or After Effects . Transform hours of interviews, b-roll, archival footage, and production assets into compelling stories. Sound Design & Audio Mixing: Clean, mix, and enhance audio for podcasts and promotional videos, applying sound design elements to elevate overall production value. Cinematography & Framing: Handle basic lighting, camera setup, and audio recording for video shoots, applying solid fundamentals in framing and visual storytelling. Visual Design & Graphic Assets: Design eye-catching thumbnails and campaign visuals using Canva, Figma, or Photoshop to maximize click-through rates. Trend & Virality Monitoring: Track social media video trends, memes, and platform algorithms to continuously innovate our content format. Requirements This apprenticeship is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy, creative individual passionate about climate tech and startup ecosystems: Currently enrolled in a degree or certification program eligible for an apprenticeship ( Contrat d’Apprentissage ) You have 5+ hours of screen time. Demonstrated experience in video editing (DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or equivalent), with a strong portfolio of high-quality visual content. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, with Figma and Adobe Photoshop considered strong advantages. Strong visual and creative sense , with proven ability to maintain brand coherence across all content formats. Comfortable with photography and videography ; hands-on experience highly valued. Filmmaking experience is a massive plus. You thrive in fast-paced environments (startups, agencies, research labs, NGOs, etc.) where you've demonstrated quick adoption of new tools and processes, adapting to new platforms and workflows. You are AI-savvy and comfortable experimenting with the latest AI tools. You know how to use tools like Higgsfield, Nano Banana, and Seedance , etc., have a good understanding of prompting, and keep up with the latest developments in AI. You are fluent in English. French is preferred but not mandatory. Your ability to learn on the job is more important than ticking every single box. However, we would especially love to hear from you if this sounds like you: You are passionate about climate tech, startups, and venture capital (VC). You are familiar with some climate deeptech startups. You know what it takes to tell an engaging visual story and can execute end‑to‑end: from ideation to direction, editing, and launch . You move quickly and proactively. You're quick to recognise when things aren't on track and seamlessly transition into problem-solving mode. You are highly organised, able to juggle competing priorities. You have impeccable attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication. When it comes to representing Marble, your communications, both written and spoken, are top-notch. You can quickly understand and transform complex technical concepts into engaging content forms. You have worked with tools like Slack, Notion, Canva, Figma, CapCut, Descript, etc. You are a people person. You are approachable, empathetic, and generous, with a high level of emotional intelligence. People feel energised around you.
