About The Role We are hiring a Growth Apprentice to join the Marble team and support our recruitment and marketing activities. You will work directly with senior team members, Partners, and brilliant founders on a mission to turn the tide on the climate crisis. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between developing cutting-edge climate technologies and effectively communicating their impact to our target audiences. You will also gain exposure to the journey of building startups, including thesis development, venture building, and founder support. Location: Paris. Language: English fluency; French fluency is preferred. Contract Type: Apprenticeship ( Contrat d’Apprentissage ). Duration: 12 months for the apprenticeship Start date: October, 2026 Responsibilities The Growth Marketing apprenticeship is focused on running a 360° marketing process for Marble: Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and monitor performance-driven marketing campaigns (organic and paid) across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X to drive measurable user acquisition. A/B Testing & Optimisation: Constantly test ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to lower our Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) for both talent and portfolio interest. Tracking & Conversions: Implement and manage audience tags and tracking pixels across all platforms to maximise conversion rates and ensure accurate data attribution. Data & KPI Dashboards: Analyse marketing performance data and maintain comprehensive KPI dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights. Outbound Talent Sourcing: Optimise Marble’s talent pipeline by building targeted lists to strengthen outreach and ensuring seamless data coordination between outbound marketing efforts and CRM systems. PR & Brand Visibility: Support press outreach, pitch media angles to tech and business publications, and integrate PR efforts into broader growth campaigns to amplify brand reach. Requirements This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy, creative individual passionate about climate tech and startup ecosystems: Currently enrolled in a degree or certification program eligible for an apprenticeship ( Contrat d’Apprentissage ) You are fluent in English. French is preferred but not mandatory. You have 5+ hours of screen time. Solid understanding of paid media platforms , including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X, with experience in campaign setup, targeting, and optimisation. Experience running campaigns and SEO optimisation across Hootsuite, Ahrefs, and similar platforms. You can write high-converting ad copy, PR pitch, or a witty, viral social media hook, adjusting your voice seamlessly. You are experienced in making complex ideas accessible through independent projects (running your own science communication initiatives, creating educational content, managing technical documentation). You know how to maintain brand consistency while experimenting with different content formats. You thrive in fast-paced environments (startups, agencies, research labs, NGOs, etc.) where you've demonstrated a quick adoption of new tools and processes and adapted to new platforms and workflows. Your ability to learn on the job is more important than ticking every single box. However, we would especially love to hear from you if this sounds like you: You are passionate about climate tech, startups, and venture capital (VC). You are familiar with some climate deep tech startups. You know what it takes to market things well and can execute end‑to‑end: from ideation to design, ads, and launch . You move quickly and proactively. You're quick to recognise when things aren't on track and seamlessly transition into problem-solving mode. You are highly organised, able to juggle competing priorities. You have impeccable attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication. When it comes to representing Marble, your communications, both written and spoken, are top-notch. You can quickly understand and transform complex technical concepts into engaging content forms. You have worked with tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, etc. You are AI-savvy and comfortable experimenting with the latest AI tools. You know how to use tools like Hootsuite, Ahrefs, Claude , etc., have a good understanding of prompting, and keep up with the latest developments in AI.
