Empowering our customers goes hand-in-hand with supporting the communities where we live and work. Our team members are active in our communities in ways that align with OneMain Financial’s mission, volunteering with high school students through our Credit Worthy by OneMain program, which teaches young people the importance of financial skills and managing credit. As of March 2025, Credit Worthy has provided free financial education to more than 500,000 students in more than 4,300 high schools across the country.

Our Chairman and CEO Doug Shulman understands that a culture of teamwork, collaboration and respect starts at the top. He is passionate about our mission of helping hardworking Americans and stands for doing the right thing, every time, for our customers and OneMain Financial. Doug engages regularly with team members through town halls and in-person gatherings, reinforcing his commitment and leadership with team members across all levels of OneMain Financial.
