As an Applied Analytics Lead at Overstory, you will play a critical role in linking our customer impact, data analytics, and product direction. You’ll be the “tip of the spear,” working directly with utility customers to conceive of and deliver actionable analyses to solve their most pressing problems, while helping identify which solutions should inform our next generation of product capabilities. This is a strategically significant hands-on role for someone who wants to move from advising on problems to owning them: using analytics to help utility customers turn Overstory insights into action today, and using what we learn to shape the product that scales that impact tomorrow. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves solving client problems through analytics AND is interested in a product or operational role where they can build new capabilities at a high-growth mission-driven company.

Requirements
- Ownership: Innovate on, deliver, and grow a critical capability for a fast-growing business from customer problem-solving through to scalable productization.
- Analyze large, complex datasets from Overstory’s platform, customer systems, and third-party sources and deliver outputs in the format that creates the most value: Excel models, presentations, in-product workflows, and lightweight prototypes that can inform future product development.
