Why This Is a Most Loved Workplace® Certified Job
Systemic Collaboration
The global ecommerce market represents a $6 trillion opportunity, and we are just beginning to tap into its vast potential. Our senior leadership team is exceptionally strong, fostering an environment that offers employees numerous opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Additionally, our proprietary method for hiring top talent serves as a key competitive advantage, enabling us to attract and retain the best in the industry.
Positive Vision for the Future
Pattern values are rooted in the beliefs and behaviors of our employees. Instead of creating aspirational values without a solid foundation, we identified and embraced the values already demonstrated by our team. These four core values—to be a team of doers, data fanatics, game changers, and partner-obsessed—originate from within our workforce and serve as guiding principles for all aspects of our operations, from hiring practices to daily interactions and work processes.
Alignment of Values
Dave is the most data-fanatical, game-changing, partner-obsessed doer we have in Pattern, and those behaviors are constantly on display. Dave also models balancing work and family. It’s not uncommon for Dave to excuse himself from a meeting that has gone a bit over to attend a family event.
Respect
Our employees participate in weekly check-ins with their managers, fostering an environment of two-way feedback. This commitment to open communication extends to our founders' open-door policy, regular town halls, engagement surveys, and an anonymous feedback form. We view feedback as a valuable gift and have established multiple channels to ensure it is consistently gathered and utilized.
Killer Outcomes
Our bonus structure rewards collaboration across teams— bonus KPIs are typically tied to more than one function. Additionally, our hybrid work format has employees in the office three days a week, and we aim to have larger meetings scheduled for those in-person days when possible. We believe that some of the best collaboration, ideas, and innovation come from people being able to bounce ideas off of each other in-person.
