Requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for restaurant and corporate positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and management-level roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified restaurant industry talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
