Requirements

• Manage end-to-end recruiting activities, including intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify position needs, align on candidate profiles, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and targeted sourcing strategies for current and future openings.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for assigned roles.
• Oversee scheduling and communication for virtual panel interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interview teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and keep recruiting data, candidate status, and documentation up to date.
• Support compliance with hiring policies, employment practices, and internal recruiting procedures throughout the selection process.
• Contribute to recruiting operations and process-related activities, including updates tied to tools, workflows, or staffing procedures when needed.
