Requirements
- Guide and develop the recruitment team by providing direction, coaching, and support that drives strong performance and career growth.
- Define team objectives, monitor results against established metrics, and deliver regular feedback to reinforce accountability and service quality.
- Oversee daily recruiting activity to ensure hiring processes are followed consistently and stakeholder expectations are met effectively.
- Allocate workloads across the team based on business priorities, open requisition volume, and available recruiting capacity.
- Strengthen team capability through mentoring, training, and the adoption of effective recruiting practices and operational improvements.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Establish performance indicators and service benchmarks, then track outcomes to maintain a high standard of execution and candidate experience.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to anticipate future hiring demand and align recruiting resources with upcoming needs.
- Partner with HR, Shared Services, Technology, and business leaders on initiatives that enhance recruiting delivery and operational efficiency.
- Support executive hiring efforts when needed, including coordination with external search partners and agencies.
