Who We're Looking for: As Paid Social Marketing Manager, US and International, you'll lead paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms such as Twitch. You'll manage a full-funnel budget: high-efficiency direct response campaigns at the lower funnel, brand-building and awareness work at the upper funnel, across the US, Canada, UK, and emerging EU markets. Reporting to the Director of Upper Funnel Marketing, you'll sit at the intersection of performance marketing, brand storytelling, and influencer partnerships, making sure the paid budget amplifies what's already working organically and while ensuring a cohesive brand experience across marketing touchpoints. This is a hybrid position that has the minimum expectation to work out of our Downtown Seattle Office two days per week on Mondays and Thursdays. For this reason, candidates must be based in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate.
