Reporting to a manager on our Product Growth team, you will help design and execute high-impact business models aligned with customer value. In this role, you will address top-of-mind strategic questions for executive leadership while having direct input into shaping your summer projects based on your interests and business needs. Past intern and team projects have included a combination of designing new product monetization strategies, mapping margin recovery paths, and developing internal AI tools to improve Rubrik’s GTM motions.

Requirements

MBA from a top program strongly preferred.
Graduation: Spring 2027 - 2028
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, product management, management consulting, investment banking, or business operations.
Ideally you have demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS. Bonus points for familiarity with AI or cybersecurity products.
Advanced financial modeling, market analysis, and problem-solving capabilities; ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-ready presentation capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
Passion for technology and willingness to delve deeply into technical product landscapes.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across functions and levels of seniority.
Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
