Hybrid: you will work from our Boston office 2 - 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on the other days.

<h2 id="overview">Overview</h2>

This is a broad, hands-on role at the heart of the People Team, and the first point of contact for colleagues in Boston and across the Americas. Your line manager and the rest of the People team are based in Europe, so you will run the day-to-day in the US with real autonomy.

Your time splits roughly 50% People Operations, 25% employee relations and advisory, and 25% Workplace&nbsp;Experience: keeping our Boston office running well and delivering events people want to come to. It suits someone who enjoys variety and is equally comfortable handling an ER ca
