<p>Scandit is looking for an Order Management Operations & Transformation Lead to join the Order to Cash team</p>

<p>This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role combining ownership of complex SaaS bookings with responsibility for transforming and scaling the booking process. The role does not have direct people management responsibility, but will provide functional leadership, guidance, and mentoring across Order Management.</p>

<p>The position is suitable for an experienced SaaS Order Management specialist ready to step into a Lead role, as well as a Manager-level professional interested in a hands-on transformation and project role.</p>

<p>The role will lead booking process improvements, establish clear controls and operating standards, provide guidance on complex and non-standard deals, and drive automation across Order Management.</p>

<p>It will also act as a key operational bridge between Order Management and other Finance and Commercial functions, ensuring booking data is accurate, consistent, and supports downstream reporting and processes.</p>

<p>We are looking for someone with strong SaaS booking experience and hands-on Salesforce expertise
