<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>

<p>Scandit is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Development to strengthen how we operate and grow globally. This is a senior individual contributor role which blends strategy + hands-on delivery: you will set the Talent Development roadmap, lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, and ensure we measure impact, not activity.</p>

<p>The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent while creating robust learning and development programs to support our employees and managers. You will design and implement programs that drive performance, foster continuous learning, and align with our long-term business objectives.</p>

<p>You will work closely with People Partners and senior leadership to oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management while enhancing Learning & Development efforts to up skill our teams and support career growth.</p>
