About the Role As Paid Media Specialist, you will own Simetrik's paid media channel end to end — from strategy to execution and analysis — for North America, Latin America, and Brazil (with North America as the priority). You will build, execute, and optimize campaigns, write ad copy, brief and QA creative, and establish tracking for leads. You'll work closely with Content and Design teams, but the core accountability and craft are yours. Key Responsibilities Channel Ownership: Define and run paid media strategy, campaign execution, and analysis across regions. Campaign Operations: Create, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, ABM, and retargeting. Creative & Copywriting: Write ad and landing page copy, brief creative, and ensure high conversion performance. Measurement & Analytics: Own conversion tracking, set up UTMs, maintain event tracking, and report on pipeline performance. Landing Page Optimization: Brief, build, and continually optimize landing pages for conversion. Budget Management: Allocate and pace budgets across regions and channels based on data. Cross-Functional Partnership: Lead performance reviews, partner with Sales, Demand Gen, Content, and Design to drive a single, qualified pipeline. Success Metrics Paid-sourced pipeline generation for North America (primary), Latin America, and Brazil Efficiency of spend (CAC, CPL, ROAS) Full-funnel conversion (Click → Lead → MQL → SQL/Opportunity) Channel and budget performance across platforms Landing page and conversion performance Impact & Scope Paid Media Strategy Own Simetrik's paid media strategy for all targeted regions Identify channels, audiences, and offers for enterprise fintech buyers Build quarterly plans tied to pipeline goals Campaign Operations & Optimization Build and optimize campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, ABM, retargeting) Manage audience segmentation, bid strategy, and weekly optimizations (A/B testing, negative keywords, etc.) Analytics & Attribution Implement and maintain all tracking and analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager) Report and interpret campaign data through to qualified pipeline in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) Creative & Design Write ad and landing page copy Collaborate with Design for high-performing creative assets Use tools such as Figma or Canva for briefing and QA Budget & Multi-Region Management Manage paid media budgets across regions and languages, focusing on pipeline efficiency Adjust strategies and tactics per region and market learnings Cross-Functional Partnership Lead paid-sourced pipeline reviews with GTM leadership Coordinate with Content, Design, and Brand for a cohesive and productive paid channel Requirements Must Have 4–6 years hands-on paid media/performance marketing experience in B2B (preferably SaaS, fintech, payments, or enterprise finance software) Expert-level ability in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and programmatic/ABM/retargeting Strong skills in paid strategy, operations, and analytics (GA4, GTM), and CRM reporting (HubSpot/Salesforce) Demonstrated ad copywriting skills Advanced proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese Experience as a senior individual contributor, with bias for action and AI-native execution Nice to Have Experience marketing to finance/payment/banking enterprise buyers Cross-region paid media experience (North America and LATAM) Basic familiarity with design tools (Figma, Canva) Familiarity with modern paid/martech stack (ABM, analytics) Experience building/ramping a paid channel for US expansion Qualifications 4–6 years of paid media or performance marketing experience in enterprise B2B software (fintech, payments, banking, finance software preferred) Full professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese Remote work availability with hours overlap across the Americas Evidence of owning a paid media channel to pipeline goals Equal Opportunity Simetrik is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
