Senior Manager, Professional Services — NOLA North of Latin America · Professional Services · Simetrik Location: Remote Type: Full-time Role Objective We are looking for a Senior Manager, Professional Services — NOLA to lead the next stage of Simetrik’s Professional Services organization in the region. This is a strategic leadership role combining consulting, transformation, customer leadership, and execution excellence. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, shape the regional Services agenda, and act as a senior advisor to enterprise customers—helping them understand, redesign, and improve complex operational and financial processes. The role requires strong strategic perspective while maintaining enough proximity to execution to step in selectively when senior judgment, expertise, or direct involvement can materially improve outcomes. Success will require the ability to navigate ambiguity, learn quickly, and adapt priorities and operating models in response to evolving customer needs, market demands, and technological shifts. You will ensure that implementations are predictable, scalable, and outcome-driven, connecting customer challenges, processes, risks, controls, data, and technology with measurable business impact. A core part of the role will be to foster an AI -first and continuous improvement mindset continuously leveraging AI and automation to optimize and standardize processes, increase productivity, scale knowledge, and enable the team to dedicate more time to higher-value advisory and transformation work. . Ultimately, this leader will be responsible for building an increasingly autonomous, adaptable, consultative, and high-performing Services organization, capable of responding with agility to change while positioning Simetrik as a strategic transformation partner for its customers. Key Responsibilities Lead & Develop the Team ● Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Professional Services team across NOLA. ● Set clear direction, raise standards, and strengthen capabilities in consultative thinking, process analysis, structured problem solving, and customer management . ● Build a culture of ownership, accountability, autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement. ● Maintain strategic proximity to key accounts and delivery teams, stepping in directly when senior expertise or intervention can materially improve outcomes. ● Develop stronger distributed leadership across PMs and senior team members, increasing autonomy without compromising quality. Drive Transformation & Customer Value ● Act as a senior advisor to enterprise customers, helping them understand and improve complex operational and financial processes. ● Connect business challenges, processes, risks, controls, data, and technology into scalable and sustainable solutions. ● Challenge assumptions constructively and identify opportunities to redesign processes, improve operating models, and create measurable business value. ● Ensure each engagement establishes a clear connection between customer challenges, the solution delivered, and the expected business impact . ● Participate in key workshops, executive conversations, escalations, and solution discussions where senior perspective can materially influence the outcome. Own Delivery Excellence ● Own the regional implementation portfolio, ensuring predictable, high-quality, and on-time delivery . ● Anticipate risks, dependencies, scope gaps, and readiness issues before they impact delivery. ● Use data, AI-enabled analysis, KPIs, and portfolio insights to improve forecasting, risk detection, prioritization, and customer outcomes. ● Maintain clear visibility into portfolio health, customer risk, capacity, and delivery performance. ● Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Solutions, and Integrations to improve scope quality, readiness, execution, and end-to-end customer outcomes . Scale & Transform Professional Services ● Continuously improve methodologies, operating models, and reusable assets to increase quality, efficiency, scalability, and consistency . ● Turn learnings from customer engagements into repeatable playbooks, standards, knowledge assets, and stronger ways of working . ● Embed AI and automation into core Professional Services workflows to reduce manual effort, accelerate analysis and execution, and improve consistency at scale. ● Continuously identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes across scoping, discovery, implementation, project management, quality assurance, and knowledge management . ● Ensure efficiency gains allow the team to spend more time on customer understanding, problem solving, advisory, transformation, and business impact . Own the Business ● Manage regional capacity, staffing, productivity, forecasting, and services economics. ● Balance customer impact, delivery quality, team capacity, strategic priorities, and financial sustainability. ● Contribute to margin health through better planning, forecasting accuracy, scalable operating models, and productivity improvements. ● Use business and delivery data to support prioritization and resource allocation decisions. What We’re Looking For ● 8–10+ years of experience in management consulting, Professional Services, business/process transformation, operations or similar customer-facing leadership roles. ● Experience in management consulting, process advisory, internal controls, risk, or process auditing —ideally within a Big Four or a leading consulting firm—is highly valued. ● Strong experience with enterprise customers and complex transformation programs , ideally involving operational, financial, accounting, or control-intensive processes. ● Proven ability to analyze ambiguous problems, understand end-to-end processes, and translate them into actionable solutions. ● Ideally, hands-on experience in Operations, Finance Operations, Accounting Operations, Controllership, or similar functions, bringing a practical understanding of how processes, controls, data, and teams operate in real business environments ● Strong executive presence and the ability to engage senior stakeholders and C-level customers. ● A strategic leadership style with the ability to move from executive-level conversations to detailed problem solving when the situation requires it . ● Strong understanding of portfolio management, forecasting, capacity planning, and delivery metrics. ● A strong AI-first and continuous improvement mindset , with the ability to identify where AI and automation can improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and speed. ● Experience applying AI, automation, or intelligent tooling to business processes, consulting workflows, delivery operations, or knowledge management is highly valued. ● Background in fintech, payments, financial operations, reconciliation, controls, or other data-intensive environments is highly valued. ● Fluent in English and Spanish . Portuguese is a plus. Implementations become more predictable, scalable, and outcome-driven. ● Senior leadership remains close enough to key customer and delivery situations to identify risks early, improve decisions, and unblock critical challenges when needed . ● Hands-on learnings are converted into repeatable methodologies and stronger organizational knowledge. ● AI and automation become embedded in the Professional Services operating model , improving productivity, consistency, speed, and scalability. ● The region consistently connects delivery excellence with measurable business impact . ● High adaptability and learning agility , with the flexibility to navigate changing priorities, quickly develop new capabilities, and lead the evolution of Services in response to emerging customer needs, market demands, and technological shifts.
