Growth Marketing | Paid Acquisition&nbsp;

Are you a performance marketer who loves turning data into growth? Sploot Veterinary Care is redefining primary and urgent veterinary care, and we're looking for an Acquisition Marketing Lead to help drive our next stage of growth.

As Acquisition Marketing Lead, you'll own Sploot's paid acquisition strategy across the full funnel; from awareness through appointment conversion. You'll combine strategy, hands-on execution, creative testing, and analytics to help more pet parents discover Sploot and turn that interest into booked appointments and long-term client relationships.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. You'll work closely with brand, lifecycle, creative, and local marketing teams to connect marketing performance with what's happening in our clinics.
