<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Work with engineers, designers, and product managers to design and build highly scalable and secure consumer experiences that process billions of dollars per year</li>
<li>Design and build APIs, services, systems and experiments that evaluate the effectiveness of new and existing product features against critical business metrics</li>
<li>Coach and mentor junior engineers, assist in hiring, and partner to develop team culture/best practices</li>
<li>Participate in all parts of the software development workflow to improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes</li>
<li>Operate at the intersection of data science and software engineering - apply state of the art data analysis tools and ML to understand/improve product and user behaviors</li>
<li>Build software including creation, modification, and testing of source code written in Ruby, JavaScript, Typescript, and JVM languages</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3>
<p>6 years of Software Engineering experience.</p>
<p>Position also requires the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>6 years of experience in building software with Typescript, Javascript, and Ruby;</li>
<li>4 years of experience in building web or mobile applications;</li>
<li>3 years of experience with SQL databases;</li>
<li>2 years of experience in writing technical design documents; and</li>
<li>1 year of experience in designing and implementing large scale consumer payment experiments.</li>
</ul>
<p>Salary: $190,400 – $285,600/yr.</p>
<p>This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions / sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.</p>
<p>40 hrs/week</p>
<p>50% remote work permitted.</p>
<p>Multiple Positions Available.</p>
