<p>The administrative business partner team works with Stripe's leaders to support their day-to-day administrative needs, while also contributing to projects that help drive Stripe's strategic priorities.</p>

<h2 id="what-youll-do">What you'll do</h2>

<p>Stripe is seeking an eager and poised individual with a high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and professional drive to support the Office of the CEO. This role reports directly to the Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to the CEO and is responsible for a wide range of tasks. A successful candidate has a "no task too big, no task too small" mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to partner with leaders and individuals across the organization. Additionally, this individual has unwavering discretion, proven experience operating in ambiguous environments, and resilience.</p>

<p>The CEO is based out of our South San Francisco HQ, so we're looking for someone to be in-office at least 3 days per week.</p>

<h3 id="responsibilities">Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>

<li>Offer administrative support to our CEO by partnering with their ABP, Family Home Office (FHO), and security team to enable seamless movements for a complex calendar</li>

<li>Support extensive research and logistics for unique and high-caliber offsite events</li>

<li>Travel to offices and support executive onsites</li>

<li>Track, manage, and reconcile expenses monthly</li>

<li>Liaise with external contacts for a high volume of external speaking engagements, mapping out all aspects of the engagement (e.g. travel, security access, briefing materials, etc.)</li>

<li>Manage end-to-end complex travel including planning, presenting various creative options in advance of domestic and international trips</li>

<li>Identify opportunities to establish new—and improve existing—administrative systems and processes. A firm understanding of AI capabilities and a desire to go deep to test implementation of new systems and tools are critical.</li>

<li>Own and manage complex annual projects that require exec engagement in addition to ad hoc projects</li>

<li>Build cross-functional relationships between key executive-level stakeholders</li>

<li>On-the-ground logistical and general administrative office support</li>

<h2 id="who-you-are">Who you are</h2>

<h3 id="minimum-requirements">Minimum requirements</h3>

<ul>

<li>5+ years of administrative experience at a quickly-scaling or large company</li>

<li>Proven skills in organization and processes, with superb attention to detail and a strong ability to execute</li>

<li>Experience in complex time management and demonstrated ability to quickly shift tasks and priorities as needed</li>

<li>Experience operating with a strong sense of ownership and believe trust is built on ensuring nothing is ever dropped</li>

<li>Proven experience in building systems and processes that enable you to balance a high volume of tasks without ever missing details or losing sight of long-term goals</li>

<li>Experience working across various roles and teams in a fast-paced, changing environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient</li>

<li>Proven experience in communicating, performing, and reacting well under pressure or ambiguity</li>

<li>Experience in optimizing processes to make them more efficient</li>

<li>Experienced at handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidence</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before they arise</li>

<li>Experienced with AI tools and have integrated them into your workflows effectively</li>

</ul>

<h3 id="preferred-qualifications">Preferred qualifications</h3>

<ul>

<li>Experience in or partnering with a Family Home Office (FHO) or Personal Assistant(s)</li>

<li>Experience partnering with executive security</li>

<li>Experience in a high-growth technology startup</li>
