A background working for a Member of Congress, a committee or leadership office, or in a senior policy role at the US Treasury, OCC, FDIC, White House, or comparable federal institution — with a track record of navigating bipartisan legislative environments

Deep expertise in financial services regulation and payments policy, with a strong understanding of the legislative and regulatory landscape across banking, money transmission, and digital assets

Strong relationships with policymakers and staff on both sides of the aisle and a reputation for credibility, reliability, and good judgment

A proven track record of managing complex, technical policy issues — capable of managing major initiatives independently, driving coalitions, or project managing a cross-functional team
