<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This role requires a professional who has firsthand experience navigating the complexity of life insurance & annuity technology environments, including legacy systems, policy administration platforms, distribution channels, and enterprise data architecture. The ideal candidate understands how architectural decisions ripple across systems, carrier business processes, and long-term transformation initiatives.</span></p>
