Why This Is a Most Loved Workplace® Certified Job
Systemic Collaboration
We know our mission is critical: to empower IT and security leaders to make their organizations unstoppable and to protect the people, data, and systems behind the essential services relied on every day. This sense of purpose drives our teams to do their best work in service of our customers, partners, shareholders, and each other. We take pride in knowing that what we do matters and that our work has a real impact across industries and around the world. Positive Vision for the Future
Our values are the foundation Tanium’s culture and are the basis upon which we hire, engage, develop, and reward our people. Here’s how we practice them: – We do the Right Thing: We put our customers first, always act ethically, and think and act like owners of Tanium. – We Win as a Team: We reject self-serving behavior and succeed through collaboration, diversity, mutual trust, and respect. – We are Unstoppable: We focus on our mission with a relentless pursuit of innovation and excellence.
Alignment of Values
Our leadership team inspires Tanium team members to achieve success by embodying our values of doing the right thing, winning as a team, and being unstoppable. We expect the same from our leaders as we do from every Tanium team member, because we all have a hand in building and maintaining our world-class culture. Dan Streetman, Tanium’s CEO, models those values from the top. Before his software career, Dan served in the U.S. military as an Army Ranger-qualified Infantry Officer and redeployed to active duty a decade ago.
