About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have live event production or event planning experience and strong skills with project development and progress oversight. This candidate will be expected to work alongside Project Managers to make sure each event and experience is executed and fulfilled to the highest customer satisfaction. This position is an opportunity with significant growth potential within Imagine’s production team. You will work on multiple events and priorities simultaneously, communicating regularly with Project Managers on outstanding daily/weekly tasks, coordinating internal and external resources, ensuring events remain within scope, schedule and budgets. You will track project progress with Project Managers and when necessary, adapt timelines, and costs to assist the project completion.

Requirements

  • Event production or event planning experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in phone and in-person interactions.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and perform under pressure.
  • Customer-focused, with a track record of delivering outstanding service
  • Proactive problem-solver who seeks clarity and asks questions when needed
  • Self-Starter, ambitious (Remote Role)
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Active Passport
