About the Role

The Department of Paediatrics is seeking a full-time associate paediatric cardiologist to provide effective paediatric cardiology services at both hospital sites. Remuneration is fee-for-service as set by the OHIP Schedule of Benefits and Fees. Successful applicants are expected to have an academic appointment at Toronto Metropolitan School of Medicine. Osler offers state-of-the-art paediatric diagnostic cardiac services and this is an exciting opportunity to work in the Greater Toronto Area in a large volume regional paediatric centre. Osler is a designated Regional Maternal Newborn and Paediatric Centre with an Advanced Level 2C NICU. Inpatient beds are comprised of 39 NICU beds and 26 inpatient paediatric beds.

Requirements

  • Successful applicants are required to participate in academic activities, which may include teaching, research, or quality improvement initiatives.
  • If the applicant does not currently hold an academic appointment with a medical school affiliated with the hospital, they must submit an application for a faculty appointment within three (3) months of their hospital appointment.
