<p>We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Data Platform team, where you will play a key role in driving data-driven insights and product analytics that directly improve member outcomes and Care Team effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of product, data, and healthcare — serving as the critical bridge between our Data Engineering foundation and the product and business teams who rely on data to make decisions. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Area owners, Care Team leads, and Data Engineers to translate deep Member and Care Team data into actionable opportunities, enabling better metabolic health outcomes for our diverse member base through improvements in nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress as well as higher efficacy and efficiency for our Care Team.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Partner with Product Managers, Care Team leads, and Area owners to translate business goals into measurable hypotheses and actionable insights that drive product enhancements and member outcomes</li>

<li>Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests and beyond) to validate product hypotheses and guide iteration</li>

<li>Partner with Product and ML teams to measure the impact of new features, workflows, and personalization systems</li>

<li>Build and maintain robust dbt models, dashboards, and self-serve analytics tools using Snowflake, dbt, and BI platforms </li>

<li>Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs across product areas — member engagement, CGM utilization, Care Team effectiveness, and more</li>

<li>Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure the analytical layer is built on a reliable, well-structured data foundation</li>

<li>Build data pipelines for analytics and insight generation using Python, dbt, and Snowflake</li>

<li>Develop and implement data validation and monitoring strategies to ensure ongoing data integrity</li>

<li>Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li>

<li>Create and maintain technical documentation including data models, metric definitions, and data dictionaries</li>

<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and best practices</li>

<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)</li>

<li>4–7 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role</li>

<li>Experience partnering closely with Product Managers on strategy, roadmap, and execution</li>

<li>Strong SQL skills — ability to write complex queries confidently and efficiently</li>

<li>Experience with DBT (data build tool) for data modeling and transformation</li>

<li>Proficiency with cloud data warehouses — Snowflake preferred</li>

<li>Familiarity with BI tools such as LightDash, Tableau, or equivalent</li>

<li>Strong business acumen — ability to connect data to product decisions and business outcomes</li>

<li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams</li>

<li>Bonus: Experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy)</li>

<li>Bonus: Familiarity with data pipeline tools (Airflow, Fivetran, Rivery, or Workato)</li>

<li>Bonus: Healthcare or digital health experience</li>

<p><strong>Compensation and Benefits  </strong></p>

<p>The compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000 annually. </p>
