Proven success taking complex products from strategy and discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration. Strong product and technical fluency across SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, permissions, identity, and enterprise administration. Track record in partnering with UX teams to marry functionality with simple and powerful application experiences. Comfort owning a large, active backlog of customer needs and enhancement requests, and the judgment to prioritize across them. Aggressive use of AI tools to accelerate product work and an experimental mindset around improving speed and quality. Hands-on ability to perform lightweight data analysis using SQL, Python, and related tools to investigate product behavior, test hypotheses, and inform decisions. Excellent communicator across functions and levels, from designers and engineers to executives and customers.
